  • Arrival time after 4 pm unless you have been in contact with me to arrange a different time of arrival

  • Check out 10 am day of departure
    All rooms are available to check in at 4pm. Check out time is 10.00am.
    A late check-out of up to 12 noon can be requested at an additional charge of £10 per room. (Excluding Bank Holidays and subject to availability)
  • First nights booking payable in full at booking
  • Balance payment payable on arrival by card/cheque or cash
  • Cancellation 48 hours notice required.
  • We accept all major credit cards at no extra charge.
  • We have Public Liability Insurance and although great care is taken, no responsibility can be accepted for accidents while horses are stabled on this property.
  • Fishing or riding on this property is also at your own risk.
