We train our own young National Hunt horses & Point to Pointers here at Dunns Houses, Otterburn mainly sticking to the Northern area Point to point area which starts in December 2009 most weekends till the end of May 2010 finishing at Hexham race course.

We started the season with three Maidens & four Restricted, Confined, club members or Mens open horses. Daughter Patrcia Robson helps to train the horses & Son Alistair Findlay is our Jockey so a real family concern.

The Northern area point to point season.  We have had three runners at the first point to point Sunday 13th December 2009. A Northern area club Point to point at Racheugh, Alnwick we had Foxes Delight who sliped up in the restricted when going well, then we had a third with Tantobie in the the 21/2 mile Maiden he didnt like the ground and I Witness finished third in the three mile maiden. The weather broke for the worst 16th December 2009 the day after we have had frost and we have had snow ever since, Next point to point in the Northern area is not until the 24th Januay 2010 cancelled but the weather will have to improve so we can get the horses galloped.point-to-points-2009-005.jpg
