TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. All accommodation  is offered subject to availability at the time of booking and the tariffs applicable according to season.

Rooms are available between 4:00pm and 7:00pm on day of arrival.

Earlier check -in before 4 pm  £10.00 extra per person B & B  check-in times may be available by prior arrangement.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on day of departure.

Later check-out between 10:00 am and 12:00 am may be available at an extra charge of £10 per person this depends on guests arriving on that day wanting an early check in. If they do, late check out would not be available.

Accounts are to be paid before arrival via swipe 

Amendments to a confirmed booking will only be accepted if received in writing via email, then an amended confirmation will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

Should you require to cancel your booking with us, the following charges apply:

Day 0-2 inclusive prior to booking:                     Total amount of reservation payable

Day 3-7 inclusive prior to booking:                     Half total amount of reservation payable

We reserve the right to terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause detriment to the well-being of any other guests.

3. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, covering repair or replacement costs, and loss of earnings due to any closure of rooms.  This includes but is not limited to broken items, damaged furnishings, bedding, linens, electrical appliances, excessive cleaning due to stains or damage, and lost income due to cancelled bookings during repair.

All breakages, damage or miss-use of property will be charged to your account. Any small damage will incur a £100.00 charge. If damages exceed this £100 charge, the guests will be liable for the full amount of the repair or replacement and charged accordingly.

Dunns Houses Farmhouse B&B reserves the right to charge guests for any damage (including repair or replacement costs) caused by the guests negligence, misconduct or misuse. Any missing items. Any additional or deep cleaning that may be required. Any fines for breaching our no smoking policy.

Charges in excess of £100 will be charged based on the actual cost incurred by Dunns Houses Farmhouse B&B in resolving the damage.

Any charges will be added to the guests final bill. If discovery of damages occurs after the guest has checked out, Dunns Houses Farmhouse B&B reserves the right to charge the credit / debit card held on the account or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address

4. If you notice any existing damage upon check-in, please inform Jane immediately to avoid being held responsible.

In the event of accidental damage, please report it as soon as possible so we can assess and repair it promptly.

5. All building contents remain the property of Dunns Houses Farmhouse B&B. Any missing items including but not limited to electronics, furnishings, fixtures, fittings, linens, towels, cushions or decorative items will be charged to the guest accordingly.

6. Dunns Houses is a totally NON-SMOKING establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. This is inclusive of the use of electronic cigarettes and / or vaping devices. Any guest that does smoke in the bedrooms will be charged a fee of £100.00 for additional deep cleaning of rooms. Smoking is permitted out side and an ash tray is available.

7.For safety purposes please make sure all children are supervised by an adult at all times.

8. The guest is responsible for keeping the room key safe and not sharing it with others. If the key is lost, stolen or damaged, the guest will be charged a replacement fee.

Guests should report any lost keys immediately to prevent unauthorised access to their room or building.

Upon checkout, guests are required to return the key to the reception desk before departure.

If a key is accidently take home by the guest, please return the key by recorded delivery as promptly as possible.

9. Dunns Houses accepts no responsibility for items left, stored or parked on the premises.

 Walking, Driving, Parking and cycling on this property are done so at your own risk.
