TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of deposit and the tariffs applicable according to season.
Rooms are available between 4:00pm and 7:00pm on day of arrival.
Earlier or later check-in times may be available by prior arrangement.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
Later check-out between 10:00am and 12:00am may be available at an extra charge of £10 per person.
Accounts are to be paid before 9am on day of departure. We accept cash, cheque and credit card.
A non-refundable deposit of £35.00 per room is payable for confirmation, payable by cheque or card. Amendments to a confirmed booking will only be accepted if received in writing, then an amended confirmation will be issued.
Should you require to cancel your booking with us, either for accommodation or catering, the following charges apply:
Day 0-2 inclusive prior to booking: Total amount of reservation payable
Day 3-7 inclusive prior to booking: Half total amount of reservation payable
We reserve the right to terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause detriment to the well-being of any other guests. All breakages, damage or miss-use of property will be charged to your account.
Dunns Houses is a totally NON-SMOKING establishment. Any guest that does smoke in the bedrooms will be charged a fee of £35.00 for additional cleaning of rooms. Smoking is permitted out side and an ash tray is available.
For safety purposes please make sure all children are supervised by an adult at all times.
Dunns Houses accepts no responsibility for items left, stored or parked on the premises.
Fishing, walking and cycling on this property are done so at your own risk.
